The Green Doctor service is available in Barnet, Brent, City of London, Ealing, Enfield, Camden, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kensington & Chelsea, Newham, Waltham Forest, Lambeth, Southwark and Westminster: only council tenants.
